Ida Abdalkhani

Ida Abdalkhani – is the Chief Catalyzer & Founder of Ability to Engage, Inc. Ability to Engage helps brands develop marketing communications, product ideas, brand strategies (brand personality, equity, and architecture), and consumer segmentation. The A2E team also develops and facilitates innovation sessions, strategic meetings, and team effectiveness workshops. Clients include start-up companies, international government groups, and some of the world’s largest and most respected companies in brand and marketing such as Clorox, ConAgra Foods, McGraw Hill, Ogilvy, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, and Red Bull.

In addition to running a boutique consultancy, Ida has been a top-selling author (top 1.5% of books sold on Amazon and Top 50 book in “self-help journals” in the first week of publication) and professor at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, teaching a graduate course, Creativity & Design Thinking- Strategies for Innovation. She serves on several boards including, Global Board of Directors, for the P&G Alumni Network, Advisory Board Member for Key Bank in Michigan, and Trustee of Ohio Business Week. She has also been a member of Forbes Agency Council, an invitation-only organization for senior-level executives in successful PR, media strategy, creative and advertising agencies. Ida holds seven patents with the USPTO and has been published in Prentice Hall, YOUNG MONEY magazine, and several blogs. As a certified Laughter Yoga instructor, she also enjoys getting people to find their “inner child” through laughter.

ENRICO d’ONOFRIO

Enrico d’Onofrio – VP EMEA AND SHAREHOLDER – DEUX EX MACHINA LTD.

Enrico d’Onofrio is a corporate executive with experience in US and European companies with global reach and expertise in leading multicultural teams, having worked in Italy, Portugal, Belgium, UK and Holland. Before joining Deus Ex Machina, he was General Manager of “Strategic Growth Markets” at Harley-Davidson in Oxford-United Kingdom, CEO of MVAgusta (Varese-Italy) and CFO of Ducati Motor Holding (Bologna-Italy). Enrico holds an MSc cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Naples, an MBA from the Bocconi University in Milan and a Diploma in Global Business from the University of Oxford Business School. 

He began his career at Procter & Gamble where he worked for 17 years (Rome, Brussels, Newcastle upon Tyne, Lisbon), mainly in Finance and Advertising, finally moving to “Western MDO Innovation Program” Director. He is an Adjunct Professor at the LUISS Business School in Rome for the International Master’s in Luxury and Fashion. He collaborates with the Executive Committee of “Nuovi Orizzonti Onlus”, a non-profit organization in Italy, which aims at intervening in areas of social hardship.  Enrico was Grant Champion of the “Ice Cream for a Dream” project and co-led, with the support of the P&G Alumni Foundation Board, the largest Foundation fundraising event in Rome, hosting a dinner to celebrate John and Francie Pepper with P&G Alumni. He is married with three children and likes to play golf and classic guitar.

Randall Smith

Member – Advancement Committee

Randall Smith started volunteering for the Foundation on the Advancement Committee after retiring this year from Procter & Gamble. He brings over 15 years of experience from the Patron Development Committee of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. He is a global brand-builder, having worked in the US, Europe and Asia.  During his 20 years at P&G in Cincinnati, he worked in BBIC and helped lead many of P&G’s most successful campaigns. His marketing programs at P&G have received 3 Emmys, over 15 Effies and over 50 Cannes Lions including 2 Grand Prix. He was a member of the Multicultural and Inclusive Marketing Lead team and the Brand Mastery Society.

Randall graduated from The College of the University of Chicago with degrees in economics and near eastern languages and civilizations. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a concentration in marketing.

The Foundation is excited to have Randall assume an expanded role on the Board.

Tracy Froh

Retired – Research and Development, Innovation, Start-ups
Co-Chair Communications Committee

Retired from e.l.f. Cosmetics as VP Product Innovation, Tracy also retired from P&G after 25 years in R&D, working in Laundry, Home Care, and Beauty Care.  Her last role was the P&G Cosmetics Upstream leader and the VP of R&D for Coty Cosmetics as part of the merger.  Tracy currently serves as Vice President for Service League of Fond du Lac, Past President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac, the SMSA Board of Directors and the School Board Academic affairs committee. Holds a BS of Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is married to her husband Rick Froh, who is also a P&G retiree.  They have four children, a lovely daughter-in-law and with a wedding in the summer of 2023, will be gaining a second daughter-in-law. They reside by a lake in Wisconsin.

DONNA L. GINN

Donna L. Ginn is the founder and CEO of Crossroad Consulting Group, LLC an international organizational and management development consulting firm committed to the principles of ethical leadership, business excellence and personal success.  Prior to founding Crossroad, she built a 21-year career at P&G  as an Organizational Development practitioner in R&D, Engineering and IT and completed her career as the Latin American Division Manager of Organizational Development in Caracas, Venezuela.  Most recently she established A Ray of Hope Shines ForeverTM whose mission is to help individuals find and sustain an abiding sense of hope so that they feel confident to move through any life circumstance. She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and completed her undergraduate studies at Miami University. She holds certifications in organization development from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science. Additionally, she is a certified Positive Power and Influence facilitator and an Intercultural Development Inventory licensee.

She has served in leadership roles in many community and social-impact organizations. She is the current Florida State Volunteer President of AARP, past president and member of the Greater Miami Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and a member of the International Women’s Forum, where she is co-chair of the Diversity Committee. She is a trustee member at United Way of Greater Miami where she served as co-chair of the Children’s Impact Council and Vice Chair of the Adult Education Committee of Plymouth Congregational Church. She has served as president of the board of the Urban League of Greater Miami and of the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. She has also served as a board director of the League of Women Voters, the Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida, and the YWCA of Greater Miami.

Robert Johnson

Robert N. Johnson has coordinated a career in the corporate world with public service for over three decades. Today, his ACommon1 Connectivity LLC focuses on strategic small business and philanthropic initiatives. Johnson graduated from IU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Geography and has endowed undergraduate scholarships at IU in the Geography and Economic Departments. Upon graduation from Indiana University, Johnson accepted an offer from Procter & Gamble Co. where he worked for two years before being recruited to Kraft Foods. In 2015, Johnson finished his career at Kraft Foods as a Customer Vice President for Sales, National Accounts. His Kraft Foods journey included retail at the store level, general management, supply chain/logistics, strategic planning & client marketing, consumer insights, brand development, and client cultivation.

Today, he serves on the Smithsonian Institution’s Folklife & Culture Advisory Board. He is a P&G Alumni Foundation Grant Champion for his work with Adelante Foundation in Honduras and serves on the Chapter Synergies committee, having recently joined the Fundraising committee as well. Previously, Robert served as the Chairperson of the IU Alumni Association’s Board and Managers (representing over 750,000 alumni worldwide for all campuses). He is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the American Association of Geographers. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bryan Mccleary

Bryan Mccleary – Principal – Relevance Communications


Communications and Development Committee

A twenty-year veteran of P&G, Bryan now helps VC’s and high growth firms drive investment and growth through strategic communications. He most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for United Way of Greater Cincinnati and Vice President for Communications and Creative at News America Marketing. Following P&G he was a non-profit consultant and fellow at the Carter Center.

At P&G, Bryan specialized in Brand PR, working across Oral Care, Personal Health Care, Baby Care and more. He led training for P&aG communications and marketing colleagues around the world and worked on iconic cause campaigns such as Pampers/UNICEF One Pack = One Vaccine. His service included an assignment for Oral-B in Geneva.

In addition to his work on the P&G Alumni Foundation, Bryan serves as Board Secretary for SOTENI International, a global health nonprofit focused on fighting AIDS in Kenya. He recently led SOTENI’s strategic planning process and Executive Director search.

Dr. Janet Reid

Dr. Janet ReidCEO of BRBS World, LLC

Janet B. Reid, Ph.D. is CEO of BRBS World, LLC, a private management consulting consortium that specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She and the consortium serve forward-leaning clients whose success is dependent upon building world-class leaders. She has extensive board experience and a long track record of leadership in business and civic affairs.

Dr. Reid spent 10 years at P&G – starting off in R&D in 1980 with a doctorate in Bio-Inorganic Chemistry from Howard University in Washington D.C. With the encouragement of P&G CEO John Smale, Dr. Reid also held positions in Brand Management — ultimately succumbing to her entrepreneurial spirit to found her first company.

Dr. Reid has a long history of board leadership – including as Chair of The Ohio State University Board, Chair of Xavier.

University Board, Vice Chair of The Mercy Health System and Director positions at the Red Cross, YWCA and the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Bon Secours Mercy Health, a $10 billion healthcare system. Dr. Reid has received numerous business and civic awards including E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, Cincinnati Enquirer Woman of the Year, and was recently named a “2023 Great Living Cincinnatian”.  

Janet has already been and active supporter of the foundation serving as and Advisor to the Board for 5+ years. The Foundation is excited for her to take on an expanded role on the Board and the Governance Committee.

Anthony A. Rose

Anthony A. Rose is the founder Chairman and CEO of House of Rose Professional Pte. Ltd – a Singapore-based Talent, Training and Transformation Consultancy, recognized by the Dream Job International®, Break the ceiling touch the sky® and CEOSmith® brand names. Anthony is also founder of Break the ceiling touch the sky® and Mission 2029 for a Better World © – a global initiative to quintuple the number of female CEOs and double the number of Diversity & Inclusion Champion Male CEOs in the top 500 Global companies by 2029. (2020 as base year).

Prior to starting House of Rose Professional in 2014, Anthony was Vice President/Head of Corporate Affairs for Walmart Asia and set the stage for Walmart’s leadership at APEC. Before that he was in leadership roles at Procter & Gamble that included starting up P&G India’s professional External Relations team, pioneering the Marketing PR organization across Asia Pacific, and leading North America Hair ER (2003-2007). He also led the Company’s Centre of Excellence (COE) for Influencer Marketing. He wrote the white paper “The Future of Influencer Marketing”, which became the basis of P&G’s renowned global expertise in this area. Anthony also led the integrated External Relations team for P&G ASEAN (2007-2010).

Anthony holds a master’s degree in Geology and post-graduate qualification in Mass Communications from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India and the Xavier Institute of Communications, India, respectively. He was adjunct faculty member at Singapore Management University (SMU) and likely India’s youngest faculty member at a major Communications school – the Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC), India (1995-2001). He is the author of four business books.

Luci Sheehan

Luci Sheehan – PRESIDENT – STRATEGIC SALES AND MARKETING INITIATIVES LLC

Luci Sheehan has been President of her consulting firm Strategic Sales & Marketing Initiatives since 2009, spearheading clients’ efforts to pioneer new products and ideas by driving results in the sales and marketing functions for CPG and Technology sectors. She spent 8 years with P&G from 1975-1983, advancing from Boston PS&D Sales Representative and District Field Representative to Unit Manager in NY PS&D, Special Assignment in PS&D Sales Merchandising, and Era Brand. She was P&G’s first female District Manager, leading NY PS&D (1981-83). After P&G, she built her career leading sales and marketing functions in consumer products, media, research, technology sectors and consulting.

Luci brings extensive experience with non-profit organizations, having served on multiple boards. Prior to joining the Foundation Board, she was a Foundation grant champion for three grants given to Street Business School (formerly Bead for Life), that supported expansion of business skill training, primarily for poor women from sub-Saharan Africa. She previously served as Chair of the Connecticut (CT) State Service Council for the American Red Cross, doing extensive fundraising for the first US program to train high school student leaders in HIV-AIDS Peer Education. Luci has also served as trustee at her alma mater Simmons University, (BA, History and Management), and chaired their Development Committee. She also created a “Leadership Council” of alumnae business leaders that provided financial support, mentoring program for undergraduate seniors, and connections to funding sources. She currently serves as Honorary Trustee. She also is recipient of the Simmons Alumnae Service Award. Other past board roles include CASA (Community Action Stops Abuse, St. Petersburg, FL), Chair, Boulder Community Health’s Patient-Family Advisory Council, and EFAA (Emergency Family Assistance Association), Boulder, CO, and Network of Executive Women (CPG/Retail Industry). Currently she is board member of WISE (Women Impacting Storebrand Excellence) for the Store Brands industry and continues as a leadership volunteer with Street Business School and Emergency Family Assistance Association. On the P&G Alumni Foundation board Luci serves as co-chair of the Chapter Synergies Committee and member of the Fundraising Committee.
