Served a 28-year career with P&G in Research and Development in the U.S., Latin America, the Middle East and Australasia, helping lead new product development initiatives with marketing and manufacturing and developing the Company’s emerging markets businesses.
Led Business Development programs at Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF) commencing in 2002. SEAF is a Washington, D.C. based not-for-profit private equity emerging market investor whose supporters include international development agencies such as USAID, international finance agencies and private foundations. In 2005 co-founded the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED), leading the development of the organization’s values and principals, as well as operations, based on P&G approach. CEED mission is to foster economic prosperity and create job opportunities in underserved markets by developing, connecting and mentoring entrepreneurs. CEED has provided business development training and connected more than 30,000 entrepreneurs in 13 countries throughout Southeast Europe, South Asia and North Africa. Legally established and financially sustainable CEED Centers now exist in 11 of these markets. Currently serve as Senior Advisor with membership on a number of CEED Boards. Received M.B.A. with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
