Kendra Speed is a global business leader, keynote speaker, educator, and Founder and Principal of Klarion Group, a leadership and strategy advisory firm that helps individuals and organizations navigate change with confidence and purpose.
With more than 20 years of experience, Kendra has held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Michelin, and LinkedIn, helping global organizations translate customer understanding into strategies that drive innovation and growth. Today, she serves as a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, where she prepares the next generation of business leaders through experiential learning and executive insights.
Kendra also serves as Vice Chair of the South Carolina State University Foundation Board and Secretary of the P&G Alumni Network Global Board. In her new role with the P&G Alumni Foundation, Kendra serves as the crossover board member connecting the Network and Foundation boards, strengthening collaboration between the two organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from South Carolina State University and an MBA from Purdue University.
