Timothy DeLong

Timothy DeLong retired in 2022 after a 35-year career in corporate finance across the beverage alcohol and consumer packaged goods industries. He spent 19 years at Brown-Forman, where he held a series of senior finance leadership roles, including Vice President and Finance & Strategy Director for Europe (based in Amsterdam), Vice President of Brand Analytics and Strategy, Managing Director of North American Whiskey, and Vice President of Production Finance and Brand Finance & Strategy.
Before joining Brown-Forman, Tim spent 16 years at Procter & Gamble in finance roles of increasing responsibility supporting the Food, Cosmetics, and Deodorants businesses, based primarily in Cincinnati with assignments in Baltimore and Lexington. Across his career, Tim has partnered closely with sales, marketing, production, and company leadership, and is known for developing diverse talent and communicating effectively at every level, from the boardroom to new hires.
Tim earned his MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wabash College. He joins the P&G Alumni Foundation’s Executive Committee as Treasurer, bringing his extensive financial leadership experience to help guide the Foundation’s continued growth.
