Accomplished leader with experience in various aspects of distribution management, career development, diversity management and employee relations/benefits. Established the role of Work and Family manager to raise the profile of these issues. Worked for P&G for 21 years in Cincinnati, Ohio. Took early retirement to pursue a second career in the non-profit sector. Former Executive Director of the Leadership Council, Alzheimer’s Association, Coalition for a Drug-Free Cincinnati and COO of the FreeStore FoodBank. Currently retired.

Earned B.A. in History from the College of New Rochelle, M.A. in International Affairs, American University and doctoral studies in Modern Chinese History, George Washington University. Served on the Boards of 4C for Children, Sycamore Board of Education, Woman’s City Club, Cincinnati Human Relations Commission, Christ Hospital Family Advisory Council, College of New Rochelle Alumni Association; currently a member of the Northside Community Council and chair of its Education Committee. Has helped boards develop governance structures including by-laws and committees, put in place career development and training systems and created the grant application and review process for the Alumni Foundation. Member of Leadership Cincinnati and 2015 recipient of the P&G Alumni Network Community Service Award.

Parent of two adult children, partnered for over 12 years and resides in Cincinnati.
