Accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, global markets and business building. Is the Group Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer for Sime Darby Berhard, a $13 Billion USD global conglomerate and diversified multinational, with businesses in key growth sectors namely, plantations, industrial equipment, motors, property and energy & utilities with operations in more than 20 countries. Led Kimberly Clark’s Global Innovation Center as Global Managing Director based in Seoul, South Korea with site-wide responsibilities including the leadership of several global programs. Established a multidisciplinary global innovation center that is helping in fueling KC’s innovation pipeline.

From 2006-2012, Hari was Partner and VP at Innosight, the leading authority on disruptive innovation, collaborating with companies to devise growth strategies, building innovation capabilities, and creating products and services that improve people’s lives. Hari is a thought leader and expert in applying various innovation and new business models in emerging markets having advised several Fortune 500 companies. Began 14-year career with P&G, advancing through various senior leadership roles in US and China. Serves as a faculty member for innovation and emerging markets for Duke Corporate Education and Tuck School of Business Executive Education programs. Chairman Emeritus of the Edison Awards and serves on several boards including the P&G Alumni Foundation (chair) and a member of the P&G Alumni Network Board.
