Possesses a strong orientation and expertise in emerging markets, strategic planning, advertising and communication development and consumer centric innovation development. Has deep cultural insight gained by extensive work in Latin America and Globally for 17 years at Procter & Gamble. Held various Brand management roles in increasing levels of responsibility across Emerging Markets and Latin America in brands that include Global Pampers, Charmin bath tissue, Vick and Pantene. Deep Global insight having lived in Mexico, USA, United Kingdom, Chile, Panama, Venezuela and Belgium.

Recently graduated from London Business School’s Sloan MSc program in Leadership and Strategy. Philanthropically, is a former fellow and volunteer with the International Women’s Forum having established the Panama Chapter. Mentors young women both at P&G and at LBS. Is a Mexican national, married to Luis Carlos, and lives with him and their two sons in London.
